Policy Statement

Customer Service. In a nutshell that is what Apex Juris is about. We consistently try to provide service above and beyond our counterparts. We are committed to our customers needs and expectations. We strive to provide exceptional service through continual communication with our clients via email, mail, phone. In our fast paced, continually changing world we strive to stay on top of the technical advancements in order to provide our clients with better service. We have been involved since day one with the USPTO's electronic filing system and continue to utilize and work with the PTO to improve and mold their filing system. Many of the new filing requirements actually save our clients money and we are extremely excited about being able to provide discounts for electronic filing.

Next, we believe that personal contact is essential. Many of our clients are not in the United States and some do not visit the United States very often. We feel that we must maintain our relationships and we understand the value of personal contact. Therefore, we travel often to visit clients throughout the world to maintain and nurture our relationships.

Finally, we focus on adaptability. The recent economic crisis has caused many of our clients and even more of our potential clients to seriously consider fees, filing costs and most importantly, whether to file or not. We are not a huge, globally placed firm and because of that we are able to be more flexible with our fees and are able to work with our clients to assure that they are able to get the intellectual protection they need. Many companies and individuals have pulled back on their filing. We believe that this is a dangerous decision because it takes up to three years for a patent to get allowed. Those companies and individuals that continue to file now will be exceptionally placed in the future when their patents get allowed. Now is the time to continue filing and Apex is here to help you make the future yours.
