Consulting US and Japanese companies and law firms regarding trade secret, confidentiality, IP management and international IP issues especially in US patent litigation including ITC actions; implementing IP strategy; drafting and negotiating IP and technology transfer licensing agreements; preparing legal opinions; providing IP review during the product development lifecycle; researching and updating US and Japanese IP laws; handling cross-cultural negotiations and communications with US and Japanese clients; monitoring and tracking IP filing and docketing through PAT DATA and FLEXTRAC sys.
